Jerry has been married for 51 years and has 10 Grandchildren. Jerry and his wife Audrey are addicted to "Old Time" music and "Polka Dancing" Jerry enjoys spending time with the family on their 165 acre farm near Northfield where four-wheeling, hunting, fishing and planting seedlings brings the family closer together. Jerry is an avid walleye fisherman who spends as much time as possible on the lakes during the summer and winter. Jerry is a past President of the Southern Twin Cities Association of Realtors and has served various committees. Jerry is very proud to have served in the U.S. Marine Corp. and is a former High School Wrestler, the Captain of his team in 1956. Jerry has been assisting buyers and sellers Since 1973.
Jerry's Daughter Cheryl has over 25 years experience in the Real Estate Business. She has 3 Children that are active in Hockey and Soccer. They have lived on Lake Marion for 18 years and have a love for swimming, boating, fishing, ice skating, snowmobiling and evening gatherings around the campfire. Many friendships have been formed over the years. The last 3 years Cheryl has walked to raise money for the Relay for Life Cancer Foundation and was a co-leader for the Junior High Confirmation Group. Working as a family team has allowed Cheryl time to stay involved with her Children's activities.
Jerry's Daughter Cindy has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 30 years. Starting as a Receptionist, working in the accounting department then acquiring her license. Cindy and her Husband of 30 years and their 3 Children currently live on a Hobby Farm with a small pond and creek running through. Cindy enjoys raising ducks and chickens, hunting, skiing and spending time outdoors. Cindy has been the Meals on Wheels Coordinator for her Church for nearly 15 years and enjoys visiting the local nursing home.
Tovi is a life long resident of the south metro growing up in the Burnsville/Savage area, and currently living in Lakeville with her husband Jon and two children 10 and 8.The family is involved in the community through the kids sporting activities and her husband is a member of the Lakeville Fire Department.The family loves to spend their free-time together up-north relaxing, swimming, fishing antiquing and snowmobiling.
Tovis past experience involves 20 years in the customer service arena as a meeting and event planner followed by an executive assistant, most recently at GMAC Real Estate and Mortgage.After years assisting in the sales capacity it was her desire to work in sales for herself.She has compiled her previous experience and turned it into something she has always had a desire to do, get into the real estate business.She understands her clients needs and wants and knows how to make everyone happy in the process.
